Congratulations this time to the outstanding team of engineers from Los Bronces Mine for completing the Operation and Maintenance of Zoom System training, given by our ZOOM Implementation Expert Phana Thach. ZOOM System is currently one of the most powerful tool available for condition monitoring of large rotating machines. A big thanks to Sales Manager Emiliano Tanco for organizing together this technical training event for one of the world’s largest copper mine reserve. On to the next one!

 

Data Analysis & Diagnostics Training for Escondida

It was a big pleasure receiving the engineers from Escondida Mine here at the VibroSystM office in Montreal, Canada for the ZOOM Data Analysis & Diagnostics Training given by our world’s leading expert André Tétreault. They also got a sneak-peak of Canadian winter, and visited our beautiful city with Sales Director Patricio Canales and Sales Manager Mauricio Trincado.

 

Opening of a Chilean branch

 

We are pleased to announce that VibroSystM has opened its first branch abroad: VibroSystM Protección y Diagnóstico located in Chile.

This branch is comprised of a Field Service Director, Mr. Antonio Quiroz and three (3) Regional Sales Managers: Emiliano Tanco, Francisco Rodríguez Ochoa, and Mauricio Trincado. This sales team will be covering mining projects in Latin America under the responsibility of the Commercial Director – Mining, Mr. Patricio Canales.

Certification for Santo Antônio Energia, Brazil

The certification process is composed of four (4) phases and will provide Santo Antônio personnel with the necessary training and qualification for the installation of turbine related monitoring devices on a total of fifty (50) generating units.

It is common knowledge that a TSI (Turbine Supervisory Instrumentation) System and a SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) System should be part of any power plant. The GSI (Generator Supervisory Instrumentation) System is also becoming a standard when it comes to collecting information on the condition of a generator.

This is where VibroSystM’s ZOOM Software Suite comes in.

Connected to any of the above mentioned systems, the ZOOM Software focuses on the generator side of the power plant and provides its users with a clear, real-time picture on the condition of their assets in any operating mode. It is composed of various acquisition services that give users the possibility of monitoring vital parameters on their machines.
